Tomato Mango Salsa

How can I describe this  tomato mango salsa? Fresh, juicy, fragrant, tangy, beautiful colors and amazing taste. It’s ready in 5 minutes and once you try it, you’ll never go back to the store bought jar of salsa.


  • 1 large juicy tomato (heirloom), cubed
  •  ½ mango, cubed
  •  1 shallot, sliced
  •  1 garlic clove, minced
  •  Few sprigs of cilantro, chopped
  •  1 Tbsp. olive oil
  •  1 lime juice (2 Tbsp.)
  •  Salt, pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together tomato and mango, add shallots,  garlic, cilantro, olive oil and lime juice.
  2.  Season with salt and pepper, stir well and serve.
