Paleo Raw Energy Balls

Dried fruits and nuts, cocoa nibs or coffee beans, cocoa powder or instant coffee, you name it. It’s a simple and delicious little bite packed with healthy oils and nutrients, easy to make and keeps well in the fridge.


  • 10 madjole dates, pitted
  • 10 dried apricots
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup almonds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa nibs


  1. Place everything  in a food processor and blend  until it’s all mixed well. remove and using your hands make little balls.
  2. you can dip in the coconut flakes if you want.
