Green beans with almond feta dressing is a vibrant and delicious dish with an amazing dressing that takes simple green beans to another level.
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- ½ cup almonds (sliced, slivered or whole)
- ½ cup feta, crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. or more olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic reduction
- Salt, black pepper
- Steam, boil or grill green beans, season with salt and pepper.
- Roughly grind almonds in a food processor.
- Move into the bowl, add crumbled feta, balsamic reduction, olive oil and pour over the cooked green beans.
